Contract Fabrics

Contract Fabric Swatch Ordering

All of our upholstery designs are manufactured to contract standard, both in strength, stability and fire retardancy. They are ideally suited for contract and hospitality use as well a home interiors. Our challenge in using contract compliant fabrics was to find qualities which looked and felt as beautiful to the touch as our existing domestic fabric collection. Our policy of only sourcing fabrics from the UK or EU is also as important to us as their appearance and handle.

Our existing 100% wool from Yorkshire’s Abraham Moon & Sons, in addition to being a favourite for home interiors, is also compliant to contract standard. Shop the twelve colours that we offer in this beautiful heritage wool here. Costs for our 100% wools are indicated on all of our product order pages and trade discounts can be offered on request.

In addition, we are proud to collaborate with the industry leading Camira Fabrics. Designers and manufacturers of high quality contract fabrics since 1974, this Huddersfield mill is a master of both colour and construction. Combining traditional manufacturing techniques with an inherent modernity, their fabrics perfectly compliment our own aesthetic.

We use 26 of their fabrics as part of our standard contract collection. All of the fabrics listed below can be manufactured to the same 8-10 week lead time as our domestic orders. Swatches can be ordered by clicking into the individual options. Costings will be provided on request against any of our upholstery models by contacting us at enquiries@livingroom.uk.com. All three fabric types shown are offered in a broader colour palette than is listed below – should you have a specific colour requirements, we would be happy to discuss this with you.
